Order Requirements

Placing the Order

  • Minimum on-line order is P200.
  • Allow at least 2 hours  to process your order.
  • Large Orders must be placed and paid at least 2 days in advance unless a prior approval from the Goto2Go Manager is obtained.
  • Be mindful of our store opening and closing hours. We will respond to your inquiries during business hours.  Be aware that there will be some delays in responding to inquiries made outside of business hours.

Payment Methods & Fees

  • Cash upon Delivery
  • Paypal Payment –  Any applicable Paypal  processing fee will be charged to the customer.
  • BDO – Any applicable bank fees will be charged to the customer.

Delivery

✅Prior to ordering for delivery, please verify delivery restrictions on our Important Notice page.

Delivery is within Binan Laguna Only.   

✅Delivery Charge : P59 pesos Minimum Delivery Charge for the first 8 kilometers & P20 for every succeeding kilometer.

 ✅Please provide your exact delivery address.  We calculate the distance using Google Map from our location to the delivery address.

Order Submission

 You must provide a valid contact number. A  Goto2Go Staff will contact you for order confirmation.

 The Customer may be asked to present a valid ID upon pick-up of confirmed orders.

 Please review your order. No changes can be made once the order is submitted.

 ✅ All Sales Final. Order cannot be canceled or refunded once the order fulfillment process begins. Please refer to our cancellation and refund policy.
